Khodani Mathako

Mr. Khodani Mathako is a Managing Director and Principal Consultant of Global Greenmatters Envirosolution (Pty) Ltd who is registered with South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions as a Professional Natural Scientist (SACNASP) and Environmental Assessment Practitioners Association of South Africa as a Registered Environmental Assessment Practitioners (EAPASA).

He is currently holding Master of Environmental Sciences and BSc Honours of Environmental Sciences in Ecology and Resource Management from University of Venda. He is a waste management expert and conducted research under the following topic. Investigation of Municipal Solid Waste Management: A Case Study of Vhembe District Municipality, South Africa. He also holds various certificates which include Geographical Information System and Remote Sensing, SASS5 Aquatic Biomonitoring, Chamber of Mines Safety Officer Certificates (COMSOC 1 and 2). Mr Khodani is currently enrolling for Postgraduate Certificate in Ecological Survey Techniques with Oxford University.

He has extensive experience in Environmental Impact Assessment, Waste Management, Terrestrial and Wetland Ecology, Environmental Monitoring and Compliance Audits, Dust Monitoring, Health and Safety, Waste Classification, Integrated Waste and Water Management Plan, Bulk Water Supply Projects, Environmental Management Programs and Waste Management By-laws, Wetland & Mine Rehabilitation Plan, Surface and Ground Water Monitoring in mining industries, Mineral Exploration, Processing Plants, Poultry and Pig Farming, Filling Station, Water Bottling Plants and Waste Management Facilities across the whole of South Africa.
